Club President’s Note
“Safe, Clean, Fun!” that’s our motto. The Lake Sherwood Club Board of Directors and Leadership Team are busy planning another fun-filled summer. Invite friends to join our club and share in the fun. People are often surprised to find out they can join Lake Sherwood Club even if they don’t live in Lake Sherwood Acres. Membership information is on our website at www.Lakesherwoodclub.com
Fun Fridays Are Back Friday evenings at the pool are becoming a tradition. Our Fun Fridays have really caught on with our members. If you have not come, you should. We are in the process of lining up a number of local restaurateurs and venders to bring food to the club each Friday night from 6 – 8 pm (time mat vary somewhat – watch email and our Facebook page). This summer you can expect more quality food from favorites such as Tramonte’s and Dempsey’s among others. The pool will be open until 9 pm on Fridays to allow members to enjoy the cool of the evening poolside. Lifeguards will provide games and activities for kids.
Tennis Court Refurbishing
The courts have been recently pressure washed and are open for use. However, they are still in need of resurfacing. The board is in the process of taking bids and planning restorations.
